Originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut, Dr. Palmer holds degrees in Psychology, Executive Management, African History, and Religious Studies from Coppin State University, Knoxville College, the University of Tennessee, and the University of Bristol (VA). His academic achievements reflect his passion for empowering others to overcome emotional trauma and achieve transformational change. He has authored several articles on crucial topics such as Workplace Bullying, Fatherhood, and the impact of Emotional Trauma on African-American communities.

As a Certified Emotions Coach Practitioner, Dr. Palmer's diverse background in health and wellness has been instrumental in helping countless individuals overcome emotional obstacles and achieve personal success. He is an active member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Omega Mu Nu Chapter in Lake Elsinore, CA. He is also the Committee Chairperson for Conflict Resolution for the 12th District (West Coast) and the Immediate President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council of the Inland Empire (NPHC-IE) highlighting his commitment to community service and leadership.
